honey
fresh orange juice
large eggs
blend of seed oil & extra virgin oil
whole wheat flour
wheat bran
baking powder
fresh chopped parsley
pinch of salt
grated veggies, baby marrows, carrots and butternut
powder biltong
1.  Mix together honey, orange juice, eggs and oil.
2. Add wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well. Mix in shredded veggies.
3. Spoon into greased mini muffin tins and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.

Alternative suggestions
* Place the mixture in an oven pan, bake, cut in squares and let the dogs have fun!!!!
* Dry it in the oven, and it becomes a great doggy biscuit!!!!!
* Bake the mixture in muffin pans, turn out and cut into four pieces.
* Dry in the oven and you have the perfect muffin rusks for your doggy!!!
* Make sure you spay your pans well with spray and cook as the mixture is very runny.
